Trips

Since I co-starred in The King of Kong - A Fistful of Quarters, I naturally wanted to see the film at some point during its release.  I got my chance, but it took a trip to Columbus, Ohio, where I met up with a relative, and a new group of gaming buds.  Check out both the picture, and the hilarious video, coverage, the latter of which drew the ire of an area rent-a-cop !

This is pretty much the first 'gaming' trip that I ever took, and it was to none other than the 'promised land' of California !  While I was there (with gaming buddy Kelly Tharp), we met up with Atari alumnus Franz Lanzinger, great gamers Eric Ginner and Mark Robichek, and even got to tour both the Exidy, and Atari (!), coin-op facilities.  I have photo coverage, and the full write-up, so get ready to go back over 20 years, and get a rare peek at an area that was a true mecca of classic arcade gaming.
